A Case Against "Free Trial Coworking"

Alex Hillman, co-founder of IndyHall in Philadelphia, wrote a fascinating analysis on the pitfalls of offering free trial memberships at your coworking space.  Of particular interest to me was the section titled "So free is bad?" that contains ideas for free promotions available to the community.
